₹8000 maintenance charge for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj felt high, not counting parking. Builder ne ample parking bola tha, but ground reality kuch aur hai. Gaadi park karne mein daily struggle hai. Residents, what's your experience with parking aur maintenance costs? Is it just my society or common for the area? Yeh hidden costs toh budget bigaad dete hain. Any tips to manage?

Bhai, ₹8000 toh bahut zyada hai! Humne bhi ek society dekhi thi Rajkot mein, wahan 6000 bol rahe the 2BHK ka. Parking ka toh har jagah issue hai, builders bas bol dete hain 'ample' but reality mein toh sabko struggle karna padta hai. Totally feel your pain, yaar.
Haan bhai, same experience. My society in Ahmedabad charges 7k for a 2BHK, it's ridiculous.
