Krishna Kunj's drainage claims are pure fiction, right?
My previous investment in 150 Feet Ring Road paid off well, but now I'm looking for a self-use flat near University Road. Krishna Kunj caught my eye, especially some 2BHK options around ₹60-70L. Builder ne toh sab accha dikhaya, but I'm worried about the ground reality. From my experience, what they show on paper and what you get, especially with civic amenities, is usually miles apart. Yaar, monsoon mein waterlogging ka kya scene hai wahan? Rajkot mein toh har saal kahin na kahin issue rehta hai. Aur peak hours mein traffic ka kya haal hai? Kahin daily commute hi nightmare na ban jaaye. Builders claim OC mil gaya, drainage system top-notch hai, but I've seen this pattern before. Is it just sales talk, ya actual mein situation better hai? Any residents here who can shed some light? Your real-life experiences would really help me decide. Don't want to make a calculated risk without knowing these details.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Builders always paint a rosy picture. My cousin booked a flat near Kalawad Road a few years back, and they were promised 'state-of-the-art' drainage. Monsoon mein toh swimming pool ban gaya tha society ke andar hi. Rajkot mein waterlogging is a genuine concern, especially with these new developments where proper planning seems to take a backseat. Krishna Kunj sounds good on paper, but I'm super skeptical about these OC and drainage claims. Have you checked the builder's RERA history for other projects?
