Krishna Kunj's drainage issues are a massive red flag.

5 years of renting later, I'm finally looking to buy in Rajkot. Fed up of paying rent, landlord ne phir badha diya. Meri budget hai around ₹75-80 lakh for a 3BHK, aur Krishna Kunj mein kuch options dekh raha hoon. Builders like Pramukh Group ya Satyam Group ke projects hain. But yaar, I'm seriously worried about some basic civic issues. Monsoon mein waterlogging kitni hoti hai wahan? Drainage ka kya scene hai? Last time Rajkot mein achhi baarish hui thi, bahut jagah paani bhar gaya tha. Aur water supply, municipal hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Tanker mangwana padta hai kya? Parking ka bhi tension hai, flats mein usually kam space hoti hai. Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your experience. Is it worth investing here given these concerns? Am I overthinking this?
