Krishna Kunj's safety and water claims feel exaggerated

My kids' school admissions are next year, so we really need to finalize a 3BHK in Rajkot soon. We're looking at Krishna Kunj, around 150 Feet Ring Road. My wife's main priority is safety, especially for the kids playing outside and for her at night. Kya wahan ka night security scene kaisa hai? Gated societies mein bhi sometimes issue rehta hai... Also, water supply ka kya haal hai? Municipal water aata hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Tanker ki zaroorat padti hai kya often? Any residents here?
