Honestly, I think many investors miss the real long-term plays in completed projects like Krishna Renaissance. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? This project is completed, around ₹68-69L. What's the actual rental yield people are getting? Public data isn't always accurate. Also, for someone like me eyeing a 5-7 year exit, how liquid is the resale market here? Are there enough end-users, or will it be mostly other investors trying to offload?
