Stamp duty, registration, then interiors like wardrobes, modular kitchen ka alag budget. Matlab, total cost goes up by almost 15-20% easily, I had no idea! My parents keep saying 'builder agreement dhang se padho', but usmein bhi kuch clauses aise hote hain jo clear nahi hote. Has anyone else faced this budget shock in Noida Extension?
