Kids moved out, big house too much. Eyeing Krisumi Sector 105 for a 2BHK. Quoted ₹2 Cr. Is that the *true* all-in cost? What hidden charges, like PLC or parking, hit near possession? Any negotiation advice?

Exactly, U2! 2 Cr is just the tip of the iceberg. Builders quote base price to lure you in, then add so many charges. I've seen projects near Badshahpur where the 'final' cost was almost 30% higher than the initial quote.

2 Cr toh bas brochure price hoga bhai. Krisumi hai, luxury branding hai, toh expect karo 2.5 Cr tak toh minimum jaayega sab kuch mila ke. Hidden charges ka toh game hi alag hai.
