Since last month, I've been seriously considering Krisumi Waterfall Residences in Mohali. Price range toh thoda high hai, but I'm worried about the possession timeline. Builder ka project delivery record kaisa hai yahaan? Has anyone bought from them before? Kya time pe handover dete hain ya delays common hain?

Yaar, builder promises pe zyada bharosa mat karo. Mera ek friend Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek project mein phasa tha, 3 saal late mila possession. They keep shifting dates. Krisumi ka naam pehle bhi suna hai for delays, especially when the project scale is big. Always check their past projects' actual delivery timelines, not just RERA dates; that's the only real data point.
Totally agree, builder ki suno mat, ground reality dekho. Site visit karo aur previous buyers se baat karo.

Mujhe bhi yahi doubt hai. 433 units hain, itna bada project time pe complete karna mushkil lagta hai. Especially with current material costs and labor shortages, builders often struggle. Plus, the price range of ₹2.8 Cr – ₹12.2 Cr is super high for Mohali, so they'd better deliver on time to justify it. Warna first-time buyers ka confidence toot jaata hai.

Woh June 2024 ki date toh just on paper hai, bhai. Mera ek dost Baliawas side ek project mein phasa tha, same RERA date thi but 2 saal late mila. Krisumi ka track record mixed suna hai, especially for their older projects. Be careful, especially with such a big investment.
Totally agree with U1. Krisumi ka price tag dekh ke hi darr lagta hai as a first-time buyer. Upar se delays ka risk, it's a huge commitment. Same doubt here.

I checked their RERA, GGM/271/2018/03. Possession date June 2024 dikha raha hai. But builders ka kya bharosa? Paper pe kuch aur hota hai, reality mein kuch aur. Meri bhi same concern hai.
Haan bhai, price toh bahut high hai. Mohali mein itna? Mera budget toh itna allow nahi karta, but even if it did, possession ki tension toh rehti hi hai.
