Ghaziabad — KSN Golf Greens has been on my radar for a while now. I work in real estate, so I can usually spot the marketing spin, but buying for myself is a different ball game. I'm looking at it purely from an investor's perspective, trying to filter out the noise. What's the real capital appreciation story with Golf Greens since launch? Has its price genuinely moved much, or is it mostly hype? And the resale market liquidity... is there an active secondary market there, or do units just sit?
