Kukatpally 2BHKs are overpriced, change my mind

Kukatpally's 2BHK deals are seriously overhyped for the price. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself, I don't see the value, especially near Erragadda. Are builders just playing super area games for 1.5 Cr budgets? Ya am I missing some hidden gem? Change my mind.

Kukatpally's 2BHKs feeling overpriced is exactly what I'm experiencing. Mera budget around 1.2-1.3 Cr hai, aur sab kuch feels like a rip-off for the space and amenities offered. Are builders just cashing in on the metro connectivity, ya kuch aur bhi hai?

Totally agree! Metro ke naam pe kuch bhi price bol rahe hain. Bahut frustrating hai yaar, especially when you're a first-time buyer.
