Visited a few projects in Kukatpally last month, and yaar, builder delays are stressing me out. My Home Constructions ka ek project, 8 months behind. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking 3BHK upgrade. This makes me doubt investment potential. Is it worth the risk? What's the scene with other builders there? Should I still consider Kukatpally for long-term appreciation?
