₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Kukatpally seems a bit high, no? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading, but Kukatpally ke prices dekh ke I'm not sure. Already have a home loan, toh additional EMI ka pressure hai. Is the price jump worth it for a 3BHK here, considering the overall value? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? I heard borewell dependency bahut hai, municipal water ki availability kaisi hai? Tanker mangana padta hai kya regularly? Aur, resale market kaisa hai if I plan to sell in 5-7 years? Will I get a good ROI, ya phir fas jaunga with liquidity issues? What does the community think, especially on water and resale value in this area?

Yaar, 1.8 Cr for Kukatpally is definitely on the higher side, especially if it's not a premium project right on the main road.
