Kukatpally: The unseen daily struggles

Two months ho gaye Kukatpally mein, water aur power issues hain. Borewell quality theek nahi, frequent power cuts se DG backup test ho raha. Is this normal? Koi resident tips please?

Bhai, it's not just KPHB, same issues are there in other parts too. Brokers toh sab 'sorted' hi bolenge.
