Kukatpally keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. We're upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids, and my wife's priority is a stable neighborhood with good schools. I'm looking at areas around 1.5 Cr, maybe slightly more. Honestly, I'm worried about these big infra projects like RRR or Metro Phase 2.
