₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Salarpuria Sattva Kukatpally, that's what I'm seeing. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Builder bol raha hai ki higher floors ka floor-rise premium is justified for views, but is it really worth the extra ₹10-15 lakh? Also, direct builder se deal karein ya broker ke through jaana better hai? Broker bolta hai ki he can get a better spot discount. Already have a home loan, so har paisa matters. Kya karen?

Bhai, 1.5 Cr for Kukatpally sounds steep, even for Salarpuria. Floor-rise premium toh pure marketing gimmick lagta hai. Views toh theek hai, but uske liye 10-15 lakh extra? Mujhe nahi lagta worth it hai. Better to negotiate hard with the builder directly.
Haan, but Salarpuria ka quality bhi toh dekho. My friend booked in their Ameerpet project, delivery was on time and quality was good. Maybe that's why they demand a premium? Still, 10-15L is a lot for just a view.
Totally agree. Kukatpally mein itna premium sirf floor ke liye? Makes no sense yaar.
