Kulesara: brochure vs ground reality, need honest opinions

Kulesara — honestly, it's confusing me a bit. I'm in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for my own family feels totally different. My budget is around ₹85L for a 2.5/3BHK. I've checked out some projects, even seen Gaursons ones, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Builders give you the brochure, but what about actual living? Metro connectivity ka kya scene hai yahan? Is the last-mile commute a headache, or is it manageable daily? Aur monsoon mein waterlogging ka kya haal hai? Builders always claim top-notch drainage, but ground pe kya situation hai? Also, nearby schools and hospitals, how good are they? Koi authentic feedback milega toh it'd be super helpful. Don't want any hidden surprises.
