Okay, I'll say what no one says. Everyone talks about metro connectivity and property prices in Kulesara, but what about the monsoon? I'm fed up of renting and finally looking to buy a 2BHK there. But Kulesara ka drainage system is a joke, right? Builders promise the world, but ground reality kya hai when it rains heavily? Is it just a few spots or pura area doob jaata hai? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
