Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune for our growing family. Kumar Peninsula C (ongoing) looks decent on paper, price is ₹1.70 Cr–₹2.00 Cr for a 3BHK, which is kinda stretching our budget. But I'm really wondering about the ground reality. For parents, kids' school admission and daily safety are huge. Is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya just good on paper? My wife's priority is a safe environment for the children and good amenities that are actually usable, not just for show. How are the noise levels and overall air quality there? Has anyone taken possession recently or visited the site properly? What was your experience with the actual amenities versus what was promised? Any insights on the neighbourhood's quality, like schools or local markets nearby?
