I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹90L, near the Kanakapura Road fringe. Builder is Prestige. Is this price justified for the area's current development? Will it appreciate well in 3-5 years, ya phir overvalued hai? Daily commute to Electronic City ka kya scene hai?
