Kunal The Canary Phase 3 — I'm seriously considering this for a 3BHK upgrade from my current 2BHK. The price, ₹1.05-1.44 Cr, seems a bit steep, honestly. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just looks great on paper? Are the amenities like the clubhouse and gym actually well-maintained and usable? And what about the neighbourhood quality? Are good schools and daily markets nearby for families? Is the premium really justified for a long-term home?
