Kundalahalli Gate: Is the hype real or just traffic?

Kundalahalli Gate mein property prices kaafi inflated lag rahe hain, honestly. I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels like a whole different ball game. I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹1.1 Cr, but not sure if it's worth it. Kya lagta hai, is area mein future appreciation milegi? Especially with the traffic situation, commute toh hell lagta hai. Is the investment potential real ya just hype? Community ka kya opinion hai?
