Kundanoor 3BHK: Hidden costs with GR Group
Kundanoor — thought we finally found our dream 3BHK. We're looking at GR Group's project near Jigani. The base price was around ₹1.4 Cr, seemed manageable. But the 'all-in' cost calculations are stressing me out. PLC, floor rise premium, then parking, and suddenly it's ₹1.65 Cr. My wife's priority is the kids' school admission next year, and these numbers are throwing our budget off. Now they're hinting at 'misc charges' at possession. What even are those? It feels like they're just adding things on, trying to hide the true cost. Honestly, how much can you actually negotiate on these 'extra' costs in Bangalore? We just want a safe place for the children without constant financial surprises. Has anyone else faced this with GR Group or other builders here?
