Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Kushal Sagar Sagar Tower mein floor plans daily living ke liye kitne efficient hain? Community vibe kaisi hai? Any actual resident experiences?

Floor plans ka pata nahi, but RERA number P52100013683 toh sahi hai. However, possession date 2019-08-01 hai, which means it's completed. Why are you still confused about floor plans after so long? Have you visited the actual flat?

Exactly! Some of these 'efficient' floor plans just mean smaller rooms. My friend bought in Akurdi last year, and his 1BHK feels more spacious than some 2BHKs I've seen in this range. It's crucial to check the actual carpet area, not just super built-up, a lot of builders play with that.

Visited it last month. The flats themselves are well-built, no doubt, but the layout felt a bit cramped for a 2BHK, especially the kitchen and utility area. For daily living, I felt it lacked practical storage space. My wife found it difficult to imagine placing all our appliances comfortably. It's a completed project, so what you see is what you get, which is good, but that also means no changes possible.

Same, yaar! I'm also eyeing this project but the price range (₹1.6 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr) for a first-time buyer seems a bit steep. Plus, 11 units only? Thoda exclusive lag raha hai, but budget ka tension hai.
