Kutumbh Height amenities: investment or just expense?

Amenities look great on paper but do they actually add resale value for investors? I'm looking at Kutumbh Height in Noida Extension for an investment property. Builders promise a lot – fancy clubhouses, big pools. But post-possession, kitna use hota hai? Aur maintenance charges, woh toh alag headache hai. Does a good clubhouse really attract better tenants or just increase my outgoings? Yaar, sometimes I feel like these amenities are just marketing gimmicks.
