Hey everyone, first-time investor here, feeling quite nervous. I've got my budget locked and loan pre-approved, looking at Kutumbh Height Phase 2. The price range of ₹57L-₹75L seems okay, but what's the *actual* capital appreciation potential here? I'm really worried about under-construction delays, especially since the possession date is Sep 2024. Is the builder reliable, ya fir bas paperwork pe achha dikhta hai?
