Kutumbh Height possession, ab exit strategy ka tension

Kutumbh Height ka resale potential mujhe thoda iffy lag raha hai. I just got possession last month, bought it for investment. Builder ka delivery track record toh theek tha, time pe mila. But ab secondary market mein buyer milenge ya nahi, not sure. Koi investor hai jo yahan se exit kiya ho? Kya returns mile?
