KVD Wind Park vs Arihant Abode: Which is better?
I'm confused between KVD Wind Park and Arihant Abode in Noida. Arihant is ready to move, but the price seems very high. KVD is under construction. What about construction quality for both? Kya kisi ko experience hai? Which one offers better ROI? I'm looking for long term investment. Connectivity wise, which one is better located for daily commute? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think? Which one would you recommend for family? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either builder?

Hidden charges toh har builder ke hote hain bhai, especially under-construction projects mein. KVD Wind Park mein maintenance charges, club membership, PLC charges, parking charges sab add karke bahut badh jaata hai final cost. Arihant mein toh ready-to-move hai, toh thoda transparency rehti hai, but negotiation bahut mushkil hota hai high demand ki wajah se. Make sure to get a clear breakup before signing anything, for both projects.
U1, maine KVD Wind Park ke bare mein suna hai ki uska RERA number UPRERAPRJ3122 hai, which is good. But 2029 possession is a big wait, especially for a first-time buyer. Arihant Abode ka construction quality suna hai theek hai, but location thoda out hai for daily commute if you're working near Alpha I Greater Noida.
