Not gonna lie, the premium for Kvell The Billionaire Residences feels like a huge jump from my current 2BHK in Sector 70. I'm thinking of upgrading, but I already have a home loan and need to know if this price is justified for daily living. Is it genuinely a good place to live, or just good on paper? I'm checking out Kvell, the layouts look great but kya actual carpet area efficient hai? Plus, I'm worried about the community vibe — is it friendly for families, ya fir sab apne mein hi rehte hain? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? My kids' school commute is a big deal. Honestly, not sure if the fancy amenities actually make a difference in daily life ya sirf show-off ke liye hain. Should I stretch my budget for this, or are there better alternatives for a family home?
Honestly, buying property is so confusing. I'm checking Kvell The Billionaire Residences and Surendra Home 14. Surendra is completed, looks affordable. But Kvell ka total cost of ownership kitna upar jaata hai? For 5-year appreciation, which is better for a first-time buyer? I'm really not sure.
Possession status important for empty nesters like me. DLF Camellias ready hai, but Kvell The Billionaire Residences ka under-construction risk worth it for future appreciation? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai?
