Yaar, I've been hearing the same about 3C Company, not just Lotus Boulevard Espacia. My friend almost booked in one of their other projects near Alpha I Greater Noida, but backed out after seeing the construction quality. Leaks toh common problem hai inke projects mein. Resale ka toh soch ke hi darr lag raha hai.
