Kya Bangalore mein abhi bhi koi underpriced areas bache hain investment ke liye? I'm based in Dubai, looking for a 2BHK, maybe around ₹1.2 Cr. Tried checking Shivajinagar but prices seem quite high already, aur House of Hiranandani ke projects ka appreciation kitna hoga, not sure. With Metro Phase 2/3 aur Peripheral Ring Road coming up, lagta hai sab kuch over-priced ho gaya hai. Can't visit myself, so relying on community insights. Is there any specific zone jahaan real price correction possible hai for good rental yields? Rental management bhi ek concern hai.

Dubai se ho toh thoda research karna padega. House of Hiranandani ka appreciation acha hai but entry price high hai. Rental yields ke liye, try looking at areas near upcoming Metro lines towards South or East, but not directly on the main road. Kaggadasapura ya even parts of Marathahalli side still have some older buildings that might fit your budget if you negotiate well. Have you considered Whitefield extension areas?
Kaggadasapura mein rates badh gaye hain bhai, especially after the new commercial complexes came up. ₹
Whitefield extension mein traffic ka bahut issue hai yaar. Rental yield accha hai but property management remote se mushkil hoga.
Bhai, underpriced toh ab kuch nahi lagta Bangalore mein. Main bhi 2BHK dekh raha hoon, budget ₹1 Cr tak hai, aur sab jagah prices astronomical hain. Shivajinagar toh chhod hi do, pura central hai. Lagta hai ab bas outskirts hi option hai, but wahan bhi connectivity ka issue hai. Kya karein yaar?
