Builders' brochures are pure fiction, especially for amenities and green spaces. DLF Pink Town House mein bhi, jo dikhaya tha vs jo mila, bahut farak hai. Kya hi point hai if promised green areas are just cramped patches? Resale value pe asar padega, tenants ko bhi dikhta hai. Change my mind.

Exactly! Bhai, my biggest fear as a first-time buyer is getting stuck with something that looks nothing like what was promised. These builders show you paradise in brochures, but on ground, it's a different story. And with our budget, we can't afford such risks.
