Godrej Grandeur ke ₹3 Cr ka price tag dekh ke lagta hai, is it really giving that daily living experience? I work in real estate, but jab khud ke liye dekho toh sab marketing spin lagta hai. Iska neighbourhood, schools, hospitals, market proximity, yeh sab actual mein kaisa hai? Ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? Honestly, 3 Crores is a lot for Mohali right now, even if it's Godrej. The market is a bit slow. If you're a first-time buyer and budget-conscious, maybe look at established sectors or even some good resale options in Phase 7/8. You'll get better value for money and a true community vibe. This project has 1023 units, so it'll take time to build that 'vibe'. Think long term beyond the brochure pictures.

Bhai, 3 crore is too much for Mohali, even with Godrej ka name. I saw some units, the finishings were okay, but the location is still developing. Airport Road ke paas hai, but connectivity abhi bhi issue hai for daily commute if you work in Chandigarh or even some parts of Mohali. Meri ek relative ne Ludhiana mein dekha tha, unko bhi same vibe lagi.
