My landlord just hiked the rent again by 20% in a year, which is crazy. Lagta hai 30-40% increase toh normal ho gaya hai. The math for EMI vs rent is finally starting to make sense for buying, even with property prices up. I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe around Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension, budget 1.2 Cr tak.
