Gurgaon mein rent prices ab bilkul out of control ho gaye hain, especially in places like DLF Phase 1. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. My landlord just hiked the rent again by 20% in a year, which is crazy. Lagta hai 30-40% increase toh normal ho gaya hai. The math for EMI vs rent is finally starting to make sense for buying, even with property prices up. I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe around Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension, budget 1.2 Cr tak. Is it worth taking the plunge now? Kya aapko bhi lagta hai ki buying makes more sense than paying these insane rents? What's your current EMI vs rent math looking like?

Yaar, totally relate! Meri bhi same kahani hai. Sector 65 mein 2BHK ka rent 40k ho gaya hai, last year 32k tha. Lagta hai ab time aa gaya hai apna ghar lene ka. EMI bhi utni hi padegi, at least apna toh hoga. Dwarka Expressway mein options dekh raha hun main bhi.
