Kya Jai Ambey ya Panchsheel mein families rehti hain?

₹80 lakh for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad is making me rethink, but family badh rahi hai, so upgrading from my Indirapuram 2BHK seems necessary. I'm looking at Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram and Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2. Dono projects acche lag rahe hain, but I'm really worried about the actual resident mix. Investor-heavy projects ka experience bilkul theek nahi hota. Societies dead si lagti hain, aur maintenance bhi sahi nahi rehta. Anyone living in these Ghaziabad projects, please share. Kitne actual families hain wahan? Yaar, ghost buildings mein invest nahi karna chahta. RWA formation ka kya scene hai? Builder control handover karta hai ya nahi? Already home loan hai, galat decision nahi.
