Kya Pune Metro aur Ring Road ka hype 3BHK ya villa ke liye itna premium justify karta hai? Mein abhi Baner mein ek 2BHK mein hoon, already home loan chal raha hai, aur ab soch raha hoon upgrade karne ka. Par jab Hinjewadi, Wagholi ya Kothrud mein 3BHK ya villa dekhta hoon, prices ridiculous lagte hain. Everyone glorifies infra projects like the Metro lines and Purandar Airport, but does it *really* translate to better returns for bigger, more expensive units?
