Since January I've been shortlisting 3BHKs in Noida for my growing family. My wife's priority is usable space for the kids. But yaar, builders ka super area aur carpet area ka calculation samajh hi nahi aata. Divyanka Homes Pvt Ltd, Salarpur Khadar mein, ek flat dikhaya tha. 1800 sqft super area bol rahe the, par carpet area mushkil se 1100 nikla. It feels like paying for so much air! Is there any way to challenge this inflated super area? How do others manage this when buying in Noida?
