Been renting for 7 years now, and I'm totally fed up. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at La Residentia in Noida Extension. On paper, a 2BHK around ₹78L looks decent. But is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, actual carpet area usage feel kaisa hai? Aur neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitni paas hain? Community vibe kaisi hai wahan? Koi current resident, please share your real experiences, especially daily life ki reality.

Totally get you yaar, 7 saal ho gaye mujhe bhi. Landlord ka drama alag hi level pe hai. La Residentia ka naam toh suna hai, but daily commute ka kya scene hai? Aur builder ka track record kaisa hai, koi idea?
Sahi kaha, builder ka track record hi sabse bada red flag hai. Ongoing status itne saalon se, you need to be very careful. Commute toh theek hai if you work in Noida, but traffic badh gaya hai kaafi.
