La Tropicana owners: amenity and charge issues?

Took possession of my Parsvnath La Tropicana flat a few months back. The amenity reality is shocking. Brochure promised a fully equipped clubhouse, but half the gym equipment is missing, pool's always 'under maintenance'. Maintenance charges are also way higher than quoted. Did others face this bait-and-switch? Any advice?
