Laburnum Victory Floor 89: Will it appreciate well?
Under-construction projects like Laburnum Victory 89 in Gurugram always make me a bit nervous for investment. I'm looking at Floor 89 options, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Kya iska resale potential high hai long-term mein? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Not sure if the premium is worth it for future capital gains.

Bhai, Laburnum ke projects mein toh delivery hamesha late hoti hai. My friend booked in their Sector 77 project, 2 saal late ho gaya possession. For Floor 89, the price range of ₹3.1 Cr – ₹8.0 Cr is massive, are we talking about different configurations? What's the RERA ID for this project? That's the first thing to check for any under-construction property in Gurugram now.
U1, you're absolutely right. RERA ID is a must. I heard Laburnum Victory 89's RERA is HRERA-GGM-706-2023, but even with RERA, builders find ways to delay. My cousin had issues with a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), also delayed despite RERA being in place
