Lakshya Apartment: Is 'affordable' just code for 'compromise'?
Okay I'll be honest – everyone talks about 'affordable housing' but nobody really discusses what daily life is *actually* like there. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of Lakshya Apartment as a potential upgrade for more space. Price point ₹16-18L is tempting, but yaar, is that even real for Delhi? I just can't shake the feeling ki it's good on paper but daily living, neighborhood vibe, noise levels... woh sab ka kya? Is it genuinely a good home ya bas ek cheap option? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with U1. Is this even a legit project at that price? Delhi mein toh ek small studio apartment bhi mushkil se milta hai itne mein.
Yaar, my first thought too! ₹16-18L in Delhi for an *upgrade*? Sounds too good to be true, especially for a 2BHK. I'm also looking for something affordable but this price point just raises red flags for me. Kahan hai yeh project exactly?
