Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25 feels overpriced for what it actually offers. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK/villa, already have a home loan. The 'ready to move' tag is appealing, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Everyone glorifies the convenience, but are the amenities like the gym or play areas actually usable, or just for show? I'm worried about the actual quality of life. What's the neighbourhood quality like? Are good schools and hospitals really nearby, or just "on paper"? Honestly, not sure if that ~₹1.5-2 Cr jump for a 3BHK is worth it for the real daily experience. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree! RERA not applicable for a project of this size is a red flag for me too. Builders often
