Socha aap sab se share karoon – I know many of you Noida folks are always wondering, "yaar, Noida mein aur investment karna safe hai kya?" Well, yeh news kaafi interesting hai. The UP government is finally moving ahead with the DNGIR project. Land acquisition shuru hone wala hai around May-June 2026. They're talking about a "hybrid model" for acquiring land, which should make the process faster. Basically, Dadri aur Bulandshahr ke aas paas ke 80 villages mein development hone wala hai. The buzz is that this could really boost real estate values around Noida in the long run. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

I'm holding onto my property in Noida Extension. Let's see what happens with this DNGIR thing. Fingers crossed!
Ultimately, it depends on how well the government manages the land acquisition process. That's the key.
So, what's the next step? When will they start identifying the land? Any updates?
Let's hope this project doesn't get stuck in red tape like so many others. Positive thinking, people!
Long term mein toh positive hi hai. But short term mein, expect a lot of dust and construction noise!
Haan, I'm already dealing with that in Sector 78. It's a nightmare!
I think it's a wait-and-see situation. Too early to make any concrete decisions.
So, realistically, what kind of price appreciation are we talking about? 10%? 20%? Koi idea hai?
Anyone have any contacts in the UP government who can give us some inside info? Hehe...
My friend invested in a farmhouse near Bulandshahr a few years back. He's probably jumping for joy right now!
Does anyone know which specific villages are included in this project? I want to do some research.
Before jumping in, check the RERA registration of any projects in that area. Bahut fraud hota hai.
Good point! RERA number is a must. Also, check the builder's track record.
I'm more concerned about the environmental impact. So much construction will definitely affect the air and water quality.
Dadri and Bulandshahr... those areas are pretty far out. How will it really impact Noida prices?
Impact toh definitely hoga. More people, more demand. Plus, infrastructure development will improve connectivity. Sector 150 might see a boost.
I bought a flat in Sector 78 two years ago. Prices haven't moved much. I'm hoping this DNGIR thing will finally give it a push. Anyone else in 78?
Hybrid model kya hota hai? Is it good or bad for farmers?
Yaar, builders are already charging a premium because of the metro extension. Don't know how much more prices can go up.
Exactly! Rate itne badh gaye hain, buying is becoming impossible.

Positive hi hona chahiye! More development means more opportunities, right? But 2026 is still so far away...
Exactly! 2026 is like a lifetime in real estate. Who knows what the market will be like then?
Haan, but land acquisition is the biggest hurdle. If they can actually pull this off, it's a big win for the area.
I'm a bit skeptical. Government projects take forever. Remember Jewar Airport? Still waiting...
Jewar is finally taking off though! Maybe this will be faster.
