Land Acquisition Begins for New Noida Project (DNGIR)

Hey Noida fam, kitne log yahaan property prices se pareshaan hain? Seedhi baat, things are getting expensive! But suno, the Noida Authority just started acquiring land for the DNGIR project. They're using a land pooling policy, which could mean big development and, hopefully, appreciation in the area. Sochiye zaroor... is this good or bad news for buyers like us?
