Land Acquisition Begins for New Noida Project (DNGIR)

📢 New Noida land acquisition is officially kicking off! So, the Noida Authority is finally starting to acquire land for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), or New Noida as it's becoming known. They're talking compensation with farmers and getting things moving in 80 villages. This could be huge for the area. I wonder what kind of development we can expect to see out there? It's definitely something to keep an eye on if you're thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What do you guys think? Is this good news or bad news for buyers?
