Heard about New Noida? What does it mean for property values? Land acquisition has officially started for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). Basically, Noida Authority will be compensating farmers at YEIDA rates to acquire land for this massive project. This could be a big opportunity for investment in the long run, especially with improved infrastructure planned. Sochiye zaroor!
