500 acres along the Noida Expressway is about to change! The Noida Authority is using a 'land pooling' policy to gather land for development. Seedhi baat, this means farmers give up their land, but get a piece of the developed pie back – think industrial parks, homes, maybe your next office? This could really boost growth along the expressway, and potentially increase property values. It's a big move by the Noida Authority. What do you guys think?
