Land Pooling Policy for Expressway Acquisition Approved

Folks are talking about land acquisition again along the Noida Expressway. Seems the Noida Authority is moving ahead with a land pooling policy. What this means for us is a potential boom in development, especially industrial, which could drive up property values nearby. Plus, there's residential and commercial development planned as well.
