posted on 8 AprLand Pooling Policy Implementation Gathers Momentum in Noida
Heard a lot of folks worrying about land availability and future development in Noida. Well, there’s some movement on that front! The Noida Authority is working more closely with farmers to implement the land pooling policy. Basically, this policy should help the Authority acquire land more smoothly for new infrastructure and urban projects. Could mean more organized development and potentially better planned communities in the long run. Is this good news or bad news for those of us looking to buy in Noida? What do you think?

Noida Authority needs to ensure fair compensation to farmers. Otherwise, this policy will fail like others.
I am hoping this land pooling policy will help in faster development of infrastructure. We need better roads and connectivity in Noida.
So, what's the next step? When will the actual implementation start? Anyone has any timeline?
That's the million-dollar question! Noida Authority is known for its delays. Don't expect anything to happen quickly.
Overall, I think this land pooling policy is a positive step, but its success depends on fair implementation and transparency. Fingers crossed!
Let's see how it goes. I'm cautiously optimistic. Noida has potential, but the execution is always the problem.
This land pooling policy is a good move. It will bring transparency and speed up the development process. Let's hope it works!
Possession mila kya kisi ko recent times mein? Which project? Share your experience please.
I heard the new metro line extension is also going to boost property values in certain sectors. Anyone know which sectors will benefit the most?
Definitely sectors along the Noida Expressway. Easy connectivity to Delhi will always be a plus.
Be careful - some builders are taking advantage of this news to increase prices. Don't fall for it! Do your due diligence.
Land pooling will definitely help in the long run. Imagine better roads, more parks, and well-planned infrastructure. But, it will take time. Patience is key.
Totally agree yaar. Noida needs better planning. Right now, it's a mess. Especially the traffic!
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is now a good time to buy in Noida, considering the rising interest rates and all?
Market is a bit volatile right now. Rates are high, but property prices are also increasing. Do your research before investing.
Depends on your investment horizon. Long term, Noida is a good bet. Short term, it's risky.
I bought a flat in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Still waiting for possession. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Land pooling policy se kya hoga? Builders toh apni manmani karenge.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Which builder are you talking about? Share the name so others can be careful.
Finally, something positive! I'm looking to invest in a plot. Hopefully, this will bring more options. Sector 143 mein rates kya chal rahe hain?
Sector 143 is mostly commercial. Residential ke liye, go towards Noida Extension or Yamuna Expressway.
Yamuna Expressway is risky. Development is slow. Better to stick to Noida and Greater Noida.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I booked a flat and then cancelled it after 1 year of waiting. Lost money, but at least I didn't lose more by waiting longer.
I'm skeptical. Land acquisition is always a pain. Farmers won't give up their land easily. Aur phir, politicians bhi toh hain.
This is a good step if implemented correctly. Sector 78 mein dekh lo, kitna unplanned growth hai. But I agree with U2, land acquisition will be a challenge. Compensation should be fair for the farmers.
Sector 150 mein already land pooling chal raha hai, right? Anyone has any experience with that? What's the ground reality?
Haan, Sector 150 mein chal raha hai. My friend invested there. He said initial delays toh the, but things are moving now. Expected possession is in 2025.
2025? That's ages away! Bhai, builders promise karte hain aur phir bhool jate hain. RERA registration number check kiya tha kya aapke friend ne?
Haan, RERA checked and verified. That's the only reason he invested. Otherwise, no way!
Good news, I think! Finally, some organized development. Noida is becoming too chaotic. But, will this actually happen? Pehle bhi toh bohot policies aayi aur gayi. Let's see.
