₹4,300 per square meter! That's the new land rate for New Noida, now aligned with YEIDA. Seedhi baat, this is a big deal. It means the government can acquire land faster for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), and hopefully compensate farmers fairly. What does this mean for us as buyers and investors? Faster development, potentially more projects coming up in New Noida, and maybe even a boost to property values down the line. It *could* be a win-win. But is it really? Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?
