Land rates at par with YEIDA at ₹4,300 per sq meters

Heard a lot of folks worrying about New Noida land rates lately. Are they too high? Will they drop? Well, here’s something interesting: the land rates for New Noida are now the same as YEIDA – ₹4,300 per sq meter. Basically, this means that the government is trying to level the playing field. This could make property in New Noida more attractive to developers and, eventually, potentially more affordable for us buyers. It also means the government is serious about developing New Noida. So, is this a good thing or a bad thing for those of us looking to invest in Noida real estate? What do you all think?
